Exclusive RC Double Angle Side Out Exhaust

The Exclusive RC Double Angle Side Out Exhaust is a great way to add realistic, high performance details to your no prep drag car or scale crawler build. This carbon nylon print features a two piece design, with a single piece exhaust/backing plate, and secondary exterior trim ring that creates an incredibly detailed addition to a custom build. The assembly measures 43mm long and 26mm wide, while the exhaust pipes measure approximately 17.75mm and 14mm in diameter. 

To install, simply use the included template plate to mark the area of the body that needs to be removed. Punch out the hole in the body, slide the exhaust plate through the hole from inside the body, screw in the hardware from the inside and use the trim ring to clamp the assembly to the body. Rubberized adhesive should be used to add another layer of holding power to secure the exhaust.

This is printed in carbon nylon filament. Carbon nylon creates stronger parts with finer detail than PLA filament. Plus, carbon nylon sands better and is easier to paint, so you can add more details if you choose. 

NOTE: With most 3D printed items, some light finish work may be needed to remove excess material. Simply use a sharp hobby knife to carefully remove small strings and straggler layer lines as needed.
